Morning: Neptune Stations Direct
There is a quality to the light at 6am in mid-November that is not quite darkness and not quite day. It is a kind of threshold light. The world still mostly closed, the morning not yet committed to itself. Neptune stationed direct last week, ending a five-month retrograde in Pisces, and this is the feeling it produces: the slight disorientation of something that had been moving backward now pointing forward again, the inner eye adjusting to the new direction without yet having named what it is adjusting to.
Neptune retrograde periods ask you to look inward at what your imagination has been doing in the dark. The stations can be sharp. The retrograde ended, and in the day or two that followed, you may have had a clear moment, something you had been circling for months suddenly legible.
